Carrie Youssi is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Education Coordinator at the Community Action Council of Howard County since November 2021. The mission of Community Action Council of Howard County is to provide programs and services to low-income residents of Howard County in order to alleviate the effects of poverty; to promote self-sufficiency as a means of interrupting the cycle of poverty; and to stimulate increased awareness of, and responsiveness to, the needs of the low-income population on the part of the larger community.
