Communications Manager, Together for Medicaid at Community Catalyst

Meghan Farrell is a Communications Manager, Meghan provides strategic communications counsel to two Community Catalyst projects: Together for Medicaid and Outreach, Education and Enrollment. She also works with Community Catalyst’s Storybanking Caucus to empower consumers to share their stories in order to shape policy and improve health systems. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Meghan worked at New Futures, a state-level consumer advocacy group in New Hampshire. There, she led community engagement and communications work to improve the health and wellness of Granite Staters, including working on such campaigns as reauthorizing Medicaid expansion, lowering the cost of prescription drugs, and funding substance use treatment and recovery programs. She has also worked in nonprofit communications and fundraising with United Way and is a former AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer. Meghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston University.
