Stephen Swiecicki

Stephen Swiecicki has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Stephen started their career in 2001 as an Analyst at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, where they were responsible for tracking revenue and operating data for a large portfolio of hotel and golf loans. Stephen then worked at LNR Property Corporation as an Asset Manager, where they were involved in underwriting and valuation of CMBS loan acquisitions. Later, they joined Meridian Capital Group as a Co-Director and Senior Underwriter/Originator, where they focused on origination and underwriting of commercial real estate loans. Stephen then moved on to SJS Capital Advisory as a Consultant, providing advisory services to distressed real estate asset owners. Most recently, Stephen worked at Berkadia as an Associate, where they achieved significant sales and worked on proposals for multifamily properties. Stephen is currently the Vice President at Community HousingWorks.

Stephen Swiecicki attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1996 to 2000. Stephen earned a B.S. degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Management.
