Elaine Matthews

Elaine Matthews is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Community Housing since September 2023, Elaine's previous roles include People Services Adviser at Brunel Academies Trust and Human Resources Advisor positions at Cellmark Forensic Services and Mears Group PLC. Additionally, Elaine worked as an HR Business Partner at The Orders of St John Care Trust for 15 years, starting as an HR Officer at NatWest in the early 1990s. Elaine holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire, completed in 2008.
