Ayesha Islam

Ayesha Islam, MSW, has a diverse professional background in employee benefits and human resources, currently serving as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Deluxe since November 2021 and as a Benefits Coordinator at Company 3 since June 2020. Prior experience includes working in firmwide HR and benefits at Cooley LLP, serving as a Retirement Benefits Coordinator at Empower Retirement, and providing administrative support as a Human Resources Assistant at USC Auxiliary Services. Ayesha has also held roles such as Library Assistant at USC Davis School of Gerontology, Event Coordinator for the Hult Prize Foundation, Office Assistant in the USC Finance and Business Economics Department, and Mentor at the California Conservation Corps Foundation. Ayesha holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Southern California.
