Ajith Kumar is an experienced BIM Landscape Architect currently working at DEC Dynamic Design Studio LLC since May 2025. Previously, Ajith held the position of BIM Landscape Architect at Engisoft Engineering from June 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included developing BIM execution plans, managing 3D models, and coordinating multidisciplinary designs. Ajith also worked as a BIM Architect, specializing in joinery, furniture, and sanitary items, while contributing to design developments in various sectors. Prior experience includes a role at InTrend, focusing on sustainability and custom furniture design, and an internship at Progress Landscape in India, where Ajith gained expertise in regulatory compliance and CAD software. Ajith holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Da Vinci School of Design & Architecture.
