Derya O'Rourke

Derya O'Rourke is an experienced professional in project management, architecture, and engineering, with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Compass Construction since January 2018, Derya has previously held roles including Project Architect at Martin Squared LLC, providing comprehensive project management and architectural services for a mixed-use project in Seattle. Derya’s background includes working as a Pre-Construction Consultant, Owner's Representative, and Project Manager at various companies, managing diverse projects from residential to large-scale non-residential buildings. Derya co-founded Petra Architecture, specializing in historical building restoration, and has led technical teams at Avrasya Technology Engineering & Construction Inc. Derya holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
