Burke Hayes is Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Compass Point. Mr. Hayes is responsible for oversight of the firm’s investment banking and advisory services.
Mr. Hayes joined Compass Point from Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., where he spent more than 10 years in its Investment Banking group, successfully completing more than $4 billion in capital markets transactions. Mr. Hayes was most recently Managing Director in their Investment Banking group focusing on Specialty Finance and Real Estate.
Mr. Hayes received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
