Cathy Alper

Cathy Alper has extensive experience in organizational development and communication, serving as Community Director at CompTIA since 2011. Previously, Cathy held roles such as Presentation Engineer at C Results, focusing on enhancing presentation skills, and Senior Consultant and Facilitator at Leadership Strategies, where Cathy taught facilitation techniques. At Metavante, Cathy worked on management development to improve leadership effectiveness, utilizing Social Styles to foster interpersonal understanding. Additionally, Cathy served as Director of Human Resources at Allied Computer, where system design aligned with company growth, and as an OD Consultant to Schools for MECC, primarily contracting with Apple Computer. Cathy earned a BS and MA in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the University of Connecticut, respectively.
