Brad Threlfall

Brad Threlfall has extensive experience in service delivery and IT operations, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at CompuCom since June 2015, where responsibilities include supporting Intel's datacenters in the Americas region. Previously, Brad held the position of Service Delivery Operations Lead for CompuCom Systems Inc. at Intel Corporation, overseeing a team of 10 technical leads and over 50 technicians. Prior experience includes serving as IT Operations Lead for the Intel Account at eXcell, managing over 65 employees, and as a Server Operations Technical Lead at CompuCom, where Brad supervised a team of technicians and served as a technical point of contact. Early career includes support for over 4,000 servers across multiple data centers as a Data Center Server Support Specialist. Brad holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University and an Associate of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Foundation College.
