Brad Threlfall has extensive experience in service delivery and IT operations, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at CompuCom since June 2015, where responsibilities include supporting Intel's datacenters in the Americas region. Previously, Brad held the position of Service Delivery Operations Lead for CompuCom Systems Inc. at Intel Corporation, overseeing a team of 10 technical leads and over 50 technicians.
