Matthew Salter is a seasoned professional in food safety, quality, and regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Food Safety Quality & Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Conagra Brands since December 2023, Matthew has previously held several key roles, including Quality Supervisor at Unilever and Quality Control Manager at Shawnee Milling Company. Earlier career experiences include positions as Quality/Food Safety Manager and Assistant Quality/Food Safety Manager at ADM Milling Company. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Milling Science and Management from Kansas State University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and completed high school at Blue Valley Northwest High School from 2008 to 2012.
