Currently serving as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Concert Health since October 2019, Alec has pioneered the development of an integrated platform for delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare. Prior to this role, Alec was the Chief Product Officer at Vālant, where strategic expansions led to growth in the large group practice and enterprise markets, along with enhancements in customer experience as Vice President of Customer Experience. Previous positions include Vice President of Product & Customer Solutions at Merge eClinical, where leadership spanned product management and customer success, and Vice President of Operations at StudyManager, the company's first employee, instrumental in scaling operations and revenue growth.
