Antonious Porch

Antonious Porch is a legal professional with extensive experience in the media and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at Condé Nast since February 2025, Antonious oversees all legal, business affairs, policy, and compliance matters. Previously, Antonious held roles such as General Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer at SoundCloud, and General Counsel at Shazam, where responsibilities included leading the acquisition of Shazam by Apple. Antonious also served as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Nickelodeon and held positions at Classic Media, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and Latham & Watkins. Antonious is an active board member at GLAAD and the IRTS Foundation, with a solid academic background from Columbia Law School, Yale University, and Harvard Business School.
