Gregory Elcock

Gregory Elcock is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Energy Efficiency and Distributed Resource Integration at Con Edison since November 2009. With a robust background in energy efficiency, demand management, and regulatory affairs, Gregory has held several key positions within the company, including Director of Energy Efficiency and Demand Management and Department Manager, overseeing the execution of demand management programs and operations. Additionally, Gregory has expertise in managing the Small Business Direct Install program and the multifamily energy efficiency program, emphasizing energy savings and program success. Prior roles include positions at Community Environmental Center as Assistant Manager of Technical Services and Energy Auditor, and earlier experience at BWIA West Indies Airways. Gregory holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, an MS in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and a BS in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
