Aqil Syed

Aqil Syed currently serves as the Area Vice President for West & Central at Confluent, following a previous role as Regional Sales Director for Digital Natives Growth in the South West. Prior to that, Aqil held the position of Director for Azure Core Specialty Sales at Microsoft and worked as a Key Account Executive for Google Cloud Platform. With extensive experience at Oracle, Aqil has managed key accounts, led sales organizations, and collaborated with technical teams to drive revenue and provide technology solutions. Aqil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management.
