Conor Holmes is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive leadership experience across EMEA and APAC regions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Confluent, Conor has a proven track record in achieving exceptional renewal and net revenue retention rates. Previous roles include Sales Director at [24]7.ai, where operational leadership was provided for the Global Hilton account, and Senior Strategic Account Manager at Acquia, where significant contributions were made in establishing the EMEA account management function.
