Daniel Dally

Daniel Dally is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of EMEA at Confluent since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of attorneys to support the company's Go-To-Market initiatives in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Daniel was Vice President of Commercial Legal at Salesforce from March 2016 to May 2023, playing a pivotal role in the growth of the company's annual revenues from $7 billion to $26 billion and managing a large EMEA Commercial legal team. Daniel's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director and Legal Director for TIBCO Software Inc., where oversight encompassed the Northern Europe legal team and contract negotiations following acquisitions. Daniel also held the position of Corporate Attorney at Hewlett-Packard, focusing on high-value software sales transactions. Academically, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Sussex and further legal education from London Metropolitan University.
