Chris Taylor has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and engineering. Chris is currently the Director of Engineering (DevOps) at Confused.com, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of DevOps at Confused.com from April 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Confused.com, Chris was employed as the SRE Lead at Creditsafe from October 2021 to April 2022. Chris'searlier experience includes working as the Lead DevOps Consultant at DevOpsGroup from December 2017 to October 2021, and as a DevOps Engineer from August 2016 to December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Fourth from November 2014 to August 2016. Chris's career started at Sesame in October 2006, where they worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst until June 2008. Chris then joined Sage as a Technical Support Developer from June 2008 to May 2009. From May 2009 to November 2014, they served as a Senior Systems Analyst at Fourth Hospitality, where they were responsible for 2nd line support and analysis on the online purchasing system for the hospitality sector.
Chris Taylor attended the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
