Matt Buswell

Matt Buswell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently, Matt serves as Co-Founder of Precision Legal since January 2023 and holds the position of Principal Legal Counsel at Conga since November 2022. Previously, Matt was the UK Managing Director & General Counsel at Docue and Group General Counsel at CloudCall. Matt's career includes roles such as Legal Counsel at Travis Perkins plc, Legal Counsel at PCMS Group, and Commercial Contracts Officer at the University of Leicester. Early legal experience includes being a Trainee Solicitor at Bray & Bray and a Legal Assistant at Freeths LLP. Matt holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leicester and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from De Montfort University.
