Sean Ristine

Sean Ristine is an experienced human resources leader with a focus on the specialty pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Connect Biopharma since April 2025, Ristine drives HR initiatives for the development of treatments targeting inflammatory diseases. Previously, Ristine held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Heron Therapeutics, Inc. from September 2014 to April 2025 and served as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Cadence Pharmaceuticals from September 2009 to August 2014. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Kyocera Wireless Corp. from May 2004 to April 2009 and Manager of Human Resources at Kyocera America, Inc. from March 1995 to June 2004. Ristine holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
