Susan Farrell Stock, MPS has an extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Susan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Association Management Center since February 2022. Additionally, they are also an Adjunct Faculty at Marquette University since January 2022.
Previously, Susan worked as a Faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management starting from August 2019. Susan also served as a Mentor in Residence at MATTER from January 2020.
Susan has contributed as an Independent Consultant, specializing in Leadership Development and eLearning, from January 2019 to February 2022. Susan has worked with clients in developing effective leadership programs and eLearning solutions.
Prior to that, Susan held several leadership positions at Association Management Center. From December 2011 to December 2018, they served as the Director and held the role of Executive Director for AMC Consulting Services. During their tenure, they gained executive leadership experience and served as the Interim Executive Director for the American Academy of Pain Medicine Foundation.
Susan has also served as the Executive Director/CEO of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists Foundation from 2017 to May 2018.
Before that, they worked as the Senior Director, Education and Learning Services at SmithBucklin from September 2008 to November 2011. In this role, they worked on developing educational programs for various associations.
Susan's prior experience also includes serving as the Vice President of Education at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society from September 2005 to September 2008.
Susan Farrell Stock, MPS earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Chicago in the years 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Services Administration from DePaul University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Susan obtained certification as a Hatha Yoga Teacher from Yogaview in Chicago in December 2013.
