Emily Mackler has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Advisor at Connection since May 2021. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Fitglow Beauty from October 2018 to May 2021 and was a Manager at Rita's Italian Ice from April 2013 to September 2018. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Leadership from Rider University, completing the program in 2018.
