Jack Peterson

Jack Peterson is an experienced professional in customer service and logistics, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Trident Seafoods since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing customer order issues and overseeing operational concerns for significant seafood shipments. Previously, Jack held the role of Customer Success Manager at Convoy Inc, managing key accounts such as Fiji Water and Pro Line Products, and also served as an Operations Specialist managing customer shipments. Jack's career began at Nordstrom, progressing from a Customer Care Specialist to a Logistics Processor.
