Lesley Small

Lesley Small started their career in 1993 at BNY Mellon, where they worked as a Team Lead - Custody Account Administrator for 15 years. In 2011, they joined Investors Bank as a Vice President Credit Administration and remained in that role until 2021. Currently, Lesley is working as a VP - Loan Operations Process Manager at ConnectOne Bank.
