Additionally, Viktorija co-founded Towards Customer in April 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Manager at Insignia Group of Companies, focused on UHNWI client management and operational optimization, and various leadership positions at UAB "4Teams LT" and UAB "Company Express," emphasizing client retention and account management. Viktorija holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management and Business Administration from Vilnius University Business School, obtained in 2014.
