Phillip Skiba

Phillip Skiba is an experienced software engineering and quality assurance professional with a robust background in leading teams and managing projects. Serving as Director of Software Engineering at ConnectWise since January 2011, Phillip oversees software and quality engineering teams while providing technical guidance aligned with company goals. Previously held roles include Director of Quality Engineering, Senior Manager of Quality Engineering, and Manager of Quality Automation, where Phillip managed global teams and developed extensive automation frameworks. Prior experience includes QA Analyst roles at Three Rivers Technologies and Mayo Clinic, where Phillip focused on automated testing for .NET and JavaScript applications, and early career work in hardware maintenance. Phillip holds a B.S. in Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
