Chalen Mitchell has a diverse range of work experience. Chalen started off as a Summer Intern at Allied World in 2009. Chalen then worked as a Administrative Coordinator at the Communication Technology Education Center, where they revamped the administrative structure of the organization. Following that, Chalen joined Chow Restaurants as a Corporate Administration Manager for four years. Chalen then moved on to Coty Inc., where they served as a Systems Consultant and Project Manager, responsible for developing and implementing systems to streamline daily activities. Currently, Chalen is working at Connex Partners, starting as the Director of Process Improvement and later moving up to the role of VP of People & Process Improvement. Chalen is now serving as the Chief of Staff for the company.
Chalen Mitchell earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of the Pacific. Chalen attended the university from 2006 to 2010, studying in the School of International Studies.
