Rachael McCarthy

Rachael McCarthy currently serves as the Director of Member Solutions at West Community Credit Union, holding this position since April 2014, where responsibilities include leading the Member Solutions Department and E-Branch operations, managing a team of up to 11 staff, and overseeing Business Continuity Planning and Vendor Management. In 2021, McCarthy took on leadership of the Fraud and Bank Secrecy Act Departments. Previously, as Member Solutions Department Manager, innovative legal strategies were developed for debt collection and asset protection. Prior experience includes serving as Collections Manager at Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc., where high-performing teams were built to meet budgetary goals and compliance standards, and as Assistant Director of Catering at Embassy Suites, focusing on sales and event planning. Rachael McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Spanish and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and is a Certified Credit Union Executive through the CUNA Management School.
