Tim Flint

Tim Flint currently serves as the Manager of ESH Facilities at Connexus® Energy, where responsibilities include analyzing safety performance and identifying training needs through direct engagement with crews and supervisors. Prior experience includes roles such as Environmental Safety Health Manager for the Americas at Emerson, Risk Manager at Thoemke Enterprises, Safety Specialist at Graco, Safety Engineer at Innovex, and Safety Intern at Cold Spring Granite. Tim Flint holds a Master's Degree in Safety and a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health, both from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
