Amanda (Buono) Sestrich is a consulting manager at Connors Group, specializing in workforce performance and productivity improvement through Lean principles and industrial engineering tools. With a strong background in operations engineering from KATERRA and extensive experience at Lockheed Martin, Amanda has led teams in optimizing construction systems, integrating technology with logistics, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Amanda's earlier roles include supply chain analysis at UPS Supply Chain Solutions and business planning analysis at US Steel, alongside academic research in disease progression modeling at the University of Pittsburgh. Amanda holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Graduate Certificate in Operations Leadership from Drexel University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
