Diana Guzman

Diana Guzman has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Global Production & Global Wells Planning Coordinator and Staff Drilling Engineer at ConocoPhillips since March 2014. In this role, Diana is the focal point for well planning on the Eldfisk North subsea development, responsible for cost estimates, compliance with regulatory requirements, operational progress monitoring, and risk assessment. Diana's career at ConocoPhillips includes previous positions as Senior Drilling Engineer, where responsibilities included leading well planning for various campaigns and Project Lead Engineer for Managed Pressure Drilling implementations. Prior to ConocoPhillips, Diana worked at Schlumberger as a Wireline - Cased Hole Field Engineer, effectively executing wireline operations. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
