Paul Gowland

Paul Gowland has extensive experience in facilities and maintenance management, primarily with ConocoPhillips since August 2010, where current responsibilities include serving as Facilities & Transport Lead, overseeing all facilities services at the Teesside site. Previous roles at ConocoPhillips include Site based Facility Lead and Maintenance Co-ordinator/Permit to Work Controller, where tasks involved ensuring safe and efficient operations and managing maintenance requests. Before joining ConocoPhillips, Paul Gowland worked at Hertel for over a decade in senior supervisory roles, including Senior Multi Discipline Supervisor and Scaffold Supervisor, and had earlier experience as an Advanced Scaffolder at Kwikform UK LTD and GKN KWIKFORM. Educational background includes attendance at Bircham Newton Construction College.
