José Benitez

José Benitez, PE, is a Transportation Engineer currently working at CONSOR Engineers since June 2019, managing transportation projects that focus on traffic data analysis, traffic modeling, safety, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and asset data management. Previously, José worked at Apex Design, PC, where roles included Transportation Engineer and intern positions, contributing to various transportation engineering projects. In addition to professional experience, José was recognized as a 2019 ASCE New Faces of Civil Engineering Honoree, highlighting emerging talent in the field. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Dordt University, completed in 2019, alongside active participation in the ASCE Chapter as Vice President and Treasurer during studies.
