Adelee started their career at A Joy Wallace Catering Production & Design Team, where they worked as a Client Coordinator from 1999 to 2002 and later as a Sales Director from 2002 to 2009. Adelee then joined the same company as the Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2013. After that, they worked at STARR Catering Group as a Regional Director from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Constellation Culinary Group, where they have been working since 2015.
From 1996 to 1999, Adelee Cabrera attended Johnson & Wales University, where they pursued a degree in Hotel Sales & Meeting Management. Adelee'sfield of study was focused on the hospitality industry.
