Dan Sadler is the inaugural Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Constellation, a Fortune 200 carbon-free energy company, since February 2022, where Sadler established the Cyber Security organization, governance, budget, and strategy. Prior to this role, Sadler spent nearly a decade at Exelon, holding various positions including Director of Security Operations Support, where responsibilities encompassed leading business continuity, crisis management, and insider threat mitigation efforts, overseeing a 45-person department. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Constellation Energy and extensive work in business continuity and crisis management. Dan Sadler holds an M.S. in Business & Technology Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from Stevenson University.
