Ingrid Humia is a Design Lead and Senior UX Researcher at Conta Simples, where Ingrid conducts multi-area research projects for all customer journey squads. Prior to this, Ingrid worked as a UX Researcher at NoOne and held research positions at Universidade Feevale. With a background in digital analysis and social media, Ingrid has experience working with various clients in different industries. In terms of education, Ingrid holds a Master's degree in Communication from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and has completed programs in Interaction Design, Communication Planning, and Public Relations/Image Management.
