Geoffrey Strickland

Geoffrey Strickland is an experienced professional in executive compensation and human resources, currently serving as Interim Chief People Officer and Partner, Global Head of Reward at Control Risks since January 2023. Strickland has a distinguished career in the British Army, holding the rank of OF4 since September 1996. Previously, Strickland held key positions such as Head of Executive Compensation at Nokia, Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at Asahi Europe Ltd, and Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at SABMiller. An extensive background in reward policy design and implementation is complemented by roles at Towers Watson as a Senior Reward and Compensation Consultant and at Ernst & Young as a Human Capital Consultant. Strickland holds a Bachelor of Arts in War Studies from King's College London and has completed the European Manager Development Programme at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
