María Sol Lanosa

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school between August 2016 and August 2017.
