Kevin Baillie

Kevin’s 25-year career spans a wide breadth of financial and operational responsibilities with SMB technology companies that have a global reach. From small, domestically focused software companies to technology companies with complex global structures and several hundred million dollars of revenue, he has directly impacted financial performance and growth as a member of the C-Suite.

Kevin has managed global teams of finance, operations and administration. He has successfully devised and executed financial and strategic restructurings, established and maintained relationships with lenders, venture capital and private equity stakeholders. He has led diverse teams in finance, product, sales, operations, IT, legal and human resources to drive revenue increases, reduce costs and improve strategic planning and decision making.

Along with his experience in the technology sector, Kevin was a CPA at Ernst & Young, where he served as an Audit Manager in the Entrepreneurial Services and Technology groups. He also has extensive mergers and acquisition experience.
