Brandon Krausse

Brandon Krausse, MPA, currently serves as the Director of IT Service Management at Cook Children's Health Care System, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Service Delivery Leader at Atos, where effective strategies were implemented to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction for Baylor Scott & White Health. Brandon excelled as IT Operations Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, leading significant initiatives such as the EPIC EHR deployment. Additional roles include Team Leader in the Physician Clinical Support Center, where cost-effective outsourcing achieved substantial budget savings. Brandon's career also features a notable political tenure as the youngest elected City Council Member in Watauga, TX, and prior service as Assistant to the Mayor of Fort Worth. Educational achievements include a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Organizational Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington.
