Annie Simpson Froehlich

Annie Simpson Froehlich is a Partner at Cooley LLP since January 2022, previously serving as Special Counsel. Prior to this role, Annie held the position of Director and Senior Counsel for Sanctions and Export at Carrier Corporation from September 2020 to January 2022. Annie's extensive experience at Latham & Watkins, LLP from October 2006 to September 2020 includes serving as Counsel with a focus on Export Controls and Trade Sanctions, as well as Government Investigations. Annie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, completed in 2006, and a degree from Stanford University, earned in 2001.
