Gretchen L. Gasser-Ellis

Gretchen Gasser-Ellis is Copyright Clearance Center’s Vice President of Enterprise Operations. In this role Gretchen focuses on business process transformation and scaling operations across the enterprise. She also manages the Platform Operations department, the Research and Analytics department and the Program Management Office. Gretchen has been at CCC for 20 years and has held several roles including Vice President and Managing Director, Publisher Solutions, Senior Vice President Product and Operations, Vice President of Operations, Chief Information Officer, and Director of RightsLink. Prior to CCC, Gretchen worked in IT consulting at Waterfield Consulting Group and in project management roles at Camp, Dresser and McKee and DuPont. Gretchen has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Boston University.
