Kristin Gravelle Spivey has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in design and development roles. Kristin is currently the Director of Design + Development at CoralTree Hospitality. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Interior Architect at Tryba Architects. From 2017 to 2020, Kristin served as the Director of Design at Stonebridge Companies, where they were responsible for establishing design strategies for various hotel brands. Before that, they were the Design Director at Design Force Corporation, where they managed and mentored staff while maintaining design integrity for hospitality projects. Kristin also held the position of Senior Associate and Director of Design - Hospitality Interiors at OZ Architecture, where they led a team of interior designers for high-end resorts, hotels, and restaurants. Kristin started their career as a Senior Interior Designer at Design Force Corp and worked as a Project Manager/Project Architect at American Construction Group, managing various types of projects.
