Autumn Scisciani

Autumn Scisciani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Instructional Design and Organizational Development at Sonic Automotive since May 2018, Autumn manages facilitated and online learning content, encompassing new hire training, sales and service advisor training, and leadership development for over 9,000 teammates. Prior to this role, Autumn worked at TriNet as a Learning Associate, where contributions included designing cross-product online training modules and restructuring the training program for Client Services associates. Additionally, experience at Valspar as an eLearning and Media Specialist involved designing training for the North American Consumer division. Autumn's educational background includes pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Capital Management from Bellevue University, a Master’s in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, and a Bachelor's in Special Education with a concentration in Deaf Studies from Eastern Kentucky University.
