Emilie Welker

Emilie Welker is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Corebridge Financial since September 2022, where responsibilities include directing the development and delivery of training for field financial professionals and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Previously, Emilie held the position of Director of Training at AIG Retirement Services from February 2019 to November 2022, and before that, served as a Training Manager where engagement with financial professionals led to the creation of professional development training materials. Emilie’s career began at AIG in 2011 as a Product Manager, focusing on annuity products, and included a promotion to Internal Sales and Marketing, achieving significant sales growth. Emilie’s educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Touro University Worldwide and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Concordia University Texas.
