Lorraine Hartill

Lorraine Hartill is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in strategic human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director for Europe at CoreWeave since January 2024, Lorraine is responsible for developing and executing the regional people strategy while aligning it with expansion goals. Previous roles include HR Director at Zenobē, where Lorraine focused on implementing a career architecture framework, and EMEA HR Director at Pure Storage, leading people strategies across 18 countries. As the Global VP of Human Resources at SmartestEnergy, Lorraine transformed HR into a strategic partner, and while with Winshuttle, built a high-performing HR team. Lorraine's extensive experience also includes key HR leadership positions at EMC, Investors in People, GOLDCREST LAND PLC, and Unisys, complemented by degrees from the University of Limerick and an ERASMUS program in Spain.
