Thomas J. Fascia

Tom Fascia has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Partner at Cornerstone Search Group since November 2004, focusing on executive search and recruitment within the life sciences sector. Additionally, Tom has contributed as a mentor and advocate for Big Brothers Big Sisters New Jersey from March 2006 to June 2019, serving on the Board of Directors and participating in various speaking engagements. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Mount Sinai Medical Center from May 2003 to November 2004. Tom Fascia holds a BS in Health Policy and Management, with minors in Business and Public Service from Providence College, completing studies there from 1999 to 2003.
