Ed Kaufman is the General Counsel for Cornerstone. In this role, he is responsible for leading Cornerstone’s global Legal, Privacy and Strategic Sourcing and Facilities teams, supporting the company’s growth strategy and helping customers to become as successful as possible throughout the entirety of their journey with Cornerstone.
Ed brings more than 35 years of experience as an attorney, senior executive and general counsel of publicly traded and privately held organisations, with an extensive background in complex commercial transactions, technology, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, employment law and human resources. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Ed was General Counsel for World Wrestling Entertainment, THQ, Sonifi Solutions and World Oil Corp. Most recently, Ed leveraged his long-standing expertise while serving as General Counsel for pocket.watch, where he successfully oversaw all business, legal and legislative affairs, human resources and risk management matters for the organisation.
