James M. has over 15 years of extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as the GVP of Engineering at Cornerstone OnDemand since March 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the company’s highest-revenue product portfolio encompassing Learning, Performance, Analytics, Recruiting, and core platform services. Previous roles at Cornerstone include Vice President of Engineering, where James owned the Learning Engineering portfolio and architected a self-service content delivery system significantly enhancing the subscription business. Prior to Cornerstone, James held positions as Senior Consultant/.NET Developer at CPI Solutions and Senior Software Engineer at Atlas Development Corporation, contributing to custom software solutions and public health applications respectively. James holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and both an M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
