Norma Alvarez

Norma Alvarez joined CornerStone Staffing in 2004 after leaving the retail business. She began as an Assistant Operations Manager servicing light industrial clients and was quickly promoted to Operations Manager, then Onsite Manager overseeing some of CornerStone’s largest Light Industrial customers. Norma has managed temp staff of 100-800+ employees, coordinated payroll, training, client tours, orientations, and implemented onsite recruiting at many of her accounts. In 2011, she joined the clerical operations team and has exceled as a recruiting leader having managed 2 high-volume clerical offices, Las Colinas and Arlington/Grand Prairie. In 2022 Norma was promoted to Senior Operations Manager of the Central District. Norma has a passion for recruiting while ensuring her clients and candidates receive the highest level of customer service. Norma obtained a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification in 2013.
